To get the best out of your day, it’s always good to stop, step back from what you are doing, and take a short break. Five minutes is just enough time to relax and help you get refocused. Taking this time to bring movement and breathe into the body with yoga is (of course) one of my favorite ways to restore in the middle of my day.
So remember to take a break. In fact take a 5 Minute Yoga Break!
